Dr. Cleaner: Disk, Mem Clean App Reviews

This update is great. It adds CPU and network which make it easy to see more system status. It will be prefect if can show top CPU usage process.

It keeps my drive clean and I haven’t found any app like this so far.

I have used this app for more than a year. The update does an excellent job of cleaning and keeping my MAC healthy. Dr. Cleaner has many effective tools to maintain performance.

This is a great app for general service on your mac. A feature I’d like that I still go to Disk Utility X is being able to see what is taking up all the space on my mac, like apps and caches, and I’d like to be able to delete them in the app. That is what prevented me from giving it 5 stars.

Very handy and nice app. It readily helps track memory usage and cleaning it up quick making optimal use of system resources. Love all the features - deep cleaning of unsused files, junk file removal is the best feature, big files detection.

this app is a must for clearing memory, especially while or following the use of large apps, i.e. Logic Pro, X-Plane, etc.

Allows me to easily reclaim memory after closing apps and reclaiming disk space. Really like the cleaning feature when you uninstall an app. It performs a deep clean on the app to remove as many leave-behind files as it knows about.

I have been using this probably more often than I should. As i’m a recovering Windows user and am always concerned with my machines performance where I probably don’t need to be. Anyways, this app is great, especially on my Macbook Air which doesn’t have the resouces that my iMac does. That said, I’ve found one item I thought was worth sharing. After running the memory cleaner, i’ve found it’s best to completely quit out of Google Chrome as it will cause page rendering issues after. I have a feeling this is due to Dr. Cleaner clearing at the cache for Chrome that it is still actively using. Other than that, it’s great! Oh and the 3.0 GUI enhancements are awesome, great job!

I have been using this for a while with good results. I’m surprised at how Apple’s managment of RAM on my MacBook Pro is lacking. With this new update, Dr. Cleaner has changed the game. The UI looks great, but the results of how much more RAM I have are incredible! Thanks!

UPDATE … Version 3.0.0 is out and it is a wonderful upgrade .. smooth, quick and easy if you want to go that way. May options to deeper cleaning and otherwise sort through the garbage that gets into the HD and OS while on the internet. This is the Utility to get besides one that Fixes Permissions as the new El Capitan OS Disk First Aid no longer does that… big recommendions from Sumbuddie.

The app is simply great but the crowd needs more, I mean why we must install a seperate app un installer or duplicate finder or anti virus scanner..? This app should do all of them would be greatest app on the mac app store..!

Having a big Yellow ”exclamation point" in the menu bar that says my computer may be unsafe because I dont have one of your apps installed is a really poor way to promote your apps. Definitely uninstalling. Makes me feel that your apps arent secure.

I thought the app was great before this latest update 3.0.0, but now it works even quite a bit better, overall my macbook uses less memory/ram. This app really is a must for osx.

This is a great free app to keep the computer operating efficiently by removing assets for apps not being used. It also easily deletes unnecessary temp files. It has caused NO OPERATING ISSUES. I recommend!

I have a 2014 Mac mini so, sadly, memory is not upgradable for me. I’ve run into numerous issues with running out of memory and this little app really helps. It has a very small footprint and resides up there on the upper right of your home screen with the calendar, sound and keyboard icons. A click of the button on the drop-down menu optimizes the memory immediately by closing out caches. After being online, I can easily get 40-50% back of my memory usage, which is substantial. Another button allows you to clean up junk and temp files (customizable from Preferences).

I’ve been using Cleaner for 2 months now & I just d/l’ed the new upgraded interface & I Love it so far.. especially the look of the memory usage liquid. And they added a bandwidth usage monitor! So, far I would rate this as a very nice Free App. Thank You Trendmicro...

I love Dr Cleaner, I use it 2 -3 times a day to keep my mac performing and cleaning it. The only issue is the new updates UI and UX, it’s more features which is not a bad thing but i have to guess what this does and where is the other button.
