Love it even more after the update

My favorite part is that this app autodetects when you move an application to the trash, and cleans up the left over files. In addition to that, it also cleans up random junk files (caches, etc) that applications may leave over. I’d highly recommend it for sure.

Review update (June 2016): Still love it, even better redesign with animation letting the most basic user understand memory management with a graph. Still 5 stars
